Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and directions that align with Indeed overall vision and goals.
• Deep dive internal and external clients need to identify and distill user problems into product requirements, milestones and priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams and other interested parties to prioritize and manage roadmaps for delivering toward product vision incrementally and efficiently.
• Engage and influence internal collaborators from across the company to align product and feature delivery with business targets and company priorities.

Skills/Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience defining a product vision and strategy, setting goals that incentivize incremental impact, and developing and implementing a roadmap that delivers against goals in a fast-paced environment.
